She is truly a special lady who seeks to do the Lord's will. I don't always know how to help the poor but when sending our offerings to Shepherds I know that it will be well spent. Did you know that besides being a servant of the Lord in her mission work she also has a lovely voice... I know because I have heard her sing many vocal solos. At one point, I served on 4 or 5 boards from the ministries that our church supported. One of my primary jobs was to ensure that ministries that we supported were operating efficiently and for the right reason! Shepherds of Love was always, and continues to be, a ministry that is doing it right (and remains one of my favorites!). A grassroots ministry that meets the needs of the poor without spending significant funds in other places; and, depends on prayer to guide and direct who they help and how they help them. I know Teresa very well and consider her a good friend. Her heart, passion and commitment are unwavering. If you could only support ONE ministry on a local level, Shepherds of Love is the ministry that I would recommend supporting. Great work, Miles & Libby! You both are extremely talented.
